So it's been a while since I've written fanfiction and this came to me while watching TVD (4.21.11)
Enjoy(:
She swore to herself she would never return to Mystic Falls. Nothing in the world could possibly make her go back. Nothing… except love. She had dark red hair and blue, almost green eyes. For years, she stayed away from this place. Too many memories. Too much pain.
It was the smell of him that woke her from her deep sleep. She stood up from her bed, carefully slinking out from the arm around her. She looked at him for a moment. He slept so peacefully and so deep. He was so beautiful. She walked out of the room and into the darken hallway. Soon she stood in the middle of her living room. She smirked, smelling him from behind her.
There had always been tension between them for years, for decades. For years she claimed that she hated him, that she wanted nothing to do with him. But secretly, deep down, she had a weakness for him.
She turned around, and was face to face with him. Klaus.
"I thought I told you never to come here." She whispered.
Klaus placed his hand on her neck.
"Are they as appetizing as they smell?" Klaus asked.
She removed Klaus's hand from her and backed away.
Klaus smirked, "You made yourself your own little family. Are you sure that's a good idea, Lillian?"
Lilly flinched when she heard her name. It always broke her heart to hear it. Her parents and siblings were the only ones who called her Lillian, if anything. Never anything else, just Lillian. It stung a little bit.
She looked up at Klaus. It was times like these that were the reason she hated him. He tried to control her and when things didn't go his way, he'd kill someone important in her life. He killed her family once before. Nothing would stop him from killing this new family. When Klaus wanted something… he would stop at nothing to have it.
"Don't you dare call me that. You have no right! Now leave." Lilly demanded.
"Now where are your manors?"
"Get out of my house! Stay away from my family."
"Or you'll do what? You can't do anything to me. You see, I don't find value in anything. I don't care about anything. And when you don't care about anything, no one can use it against you."
Klaus moved closer, as close as possible, to Lilly.
"Think about that." He whispered then disappeared.
Lilly drove her old blue truck into her old town. It had changed a lot in twenty years. Almost everything about the way the town looked was different. Everything was different. Everything except her.
