Peeta's P.O.V
It was the last week of school until the year ends; I need to ask the girl I've had a crush on forever, River Matthew. I feel for her when she stood up for me in front of a dick Gale Hawthorne, River is most wanted girl at District High (Random Name) so it will be quite hard to get her.
River's P.O.V
I can't believe it there's only one more week of school and he still hasn't asked me out, oh if you don't know who I'm taking about I'm talking about Peeta Mellark. I found out he like me when his cornered me one afternoon and told me.
I put Peeta at the back of my mind and grabbed my school backpack; I was dressed in my favourite outfit a red tight t-shirt, a black mini skirt and my black converses. I said bye to my mom and brothers and went outside to jump into my Mitsubishi Lancer which was scarlet red, when I arrived at school I parked in a front spot.
When I got out of my car I felt an arm snatch my waist and when I looked up I saw the face I love, Peeta.
Peeta's P.O.V
I saw River's car park at the front of the school so I walked my way to her car and when she walked out I put my arm around her small waist. I took the time to study her beautiful face; she was wearing my favourite black skirt. I finally spoke to her "hey beautiful want to go out with me?" She smiled and said "finally took you long enough to ask me out dumb ass"
