A/N: This is songfic to the song 'Cry' by Mandy Moore. This is also my first attempt at a Draco/Hermione pairing, and this is parallel to my other songfic, 'How Can I Not Love You?' (This is written in Draco's point of view.)
1.1 I'll always remember
It was late afternoon
It lasted forever
And ended so soon
I'm lying on the soft green grass of the field by the lake. I'm admiring the beautiful setting of the sun – the golden sun, the red-pink sky.
It's so beautiful, but it's not as beautiful as the relationship Hermione and I had.
1.2 You were all by yourself
Staring up at a dark gray sky
I was changed
Where could you be, Hermione? I miss you.
Silent tears start flowing from my eyes.

It was then that I realized

And that afternoon, I knew I was falling – falling dangerously in love with someone I should not be in love with: Hermione Granger.
