Just a little one-shot I've had on my phone(: Enjoy!
Forever can never be long enough for me
To feel like I've had long enough with you
Forget the world now, we won't let them see
But there's one thing left to do
Now that the weight has lifted
Love has surely shifted my way
Sam has never seen a girl as beautiful as she. He saw her every day at the Lima Bean, and knew her name was Rachel. She would warmly smile at him, sit across from him, and after their coffee, and conversation ended, he walked her out to her car and watched her drive away.
Marry me
Today and every day
Marry me
If I ever get the nerve to say hello in this café
Say you will
Say you will
He never earned her number, probably because he hardly contributed to their conversation. Or maybe it was because of how much of a nerd he was. Or was it his hair? Did she not like blonds? Should he left it return to brown? Anyways, back to the beauty of his dreams. She had long brown hair, which faded to blond near the tips. So maybe she wasn't against blond. Stop that, Sam. Her warm chocolate eyes and dazzling smile left him thinking of her for days. And her body. Oh, her body.
Together can never be close enough for me
To feel like I am close enough to you
You wear white and I'll wear out the words
I love you
And you're beautiful
Now that the wait is over
And love and has finally showed her my way
Her tan legs seemed to go on for miles, even though her body was cute and short. Her butt was amazing, not that he had been starring. Because he hadn't. Today was no different as he sipped his coffee. The girl that constantly occupied his brain slid across from him, flashing her smile. "Good morning, Sam."
He smiled back and leaned forward, perching on his elbows,"Morning, Rach." He knew for a fact that he was the only one allowed to call her that, and it set his insides to flames.
Marry me
Today and every day
Marry me
If I ever get the nerve to say hello in this café
Say you will
Say you will
He laughed as she recounted a story of her crazy roommate, Santana, who had recently gained a motorcycle. They drifted into easy conversation before she checked her golden watch and jumped up,"Well, I must go. This really was a pleasure, as always."
Sam quickly stood up and left money for the check and tip, before rushing to open the door for her. He felt his face heat up as he tripped over a chair, but once she giggled, his confidence returned. Once they reached her car however, it took a turn. Rachel turned on her heel and softly kissed Sam's cheek.
"I always look forward to these coffee meetings. But, maybe next time it could be a dinner meet up?" Sam quickly nodded his blond hair and she giggled again, pulling a notebook and pen from her purse. She shifted in her black high heels-which didn't draw Sam's attention to her legs at all, no-and wrote her number on a portion of the paper. She encouraged Sam to do the same, which he quickly obliged to. After they traded numbers and she drove away, Sam entered the number into his phone and happily walked back into the coffee shop, whistling a familiar song.
Promise me you'll always be
Happy by my side
I promise to sing to you
When all the music dies
Hey, Sam, it's Rachel. So, when do you recommend we meet up for dinner?-Rachel(:
Sam honestly couldn't stop the smile that spread across his face as he read her text. Life was really good to him right now, he thought as he sent her a text back.
And marry me
Today and everyday
Marry me
If I ever get the nerve to say hello in this café
Say you will
Say you will
Marry me
A/N: Soooo? What'd you think? The song used was Marry Me by Train
