It's nearing time for Halloween. Eri is throwing a party on Halloween night after everyone finishes Trick-or-Treating. Neku didn't want to wear a costume, but Shiki wouldn't stop bugging him about it, so he decided to be a vampire. Satisfied, she went off with Eri to find herself a costume. Eri decided to be fairy. Beat is a zombie, and Rhyme is a ghost. Shiki…still can't decide.

"Come on Shiki! It's 7:30. I still have to get a few more decorations for the party!" Eri yelled. "Okay! Okay! I'm trying, but I just don't know which costume-"Oh! Why don't you be a witch?" Eri interrupted. "Because I don't want to be a witch!" Shiki said. "Vampire?" "Neku is going to be a vampire." "Ok, then it's settled. You're going to be one too!" Eri said, excitedly. "What?!" Shiki shouted. "Oh come on. You two would make an amazing couple." Eri teased. "W-what?! N-no! We're just friends!" "I know. I'm just teasing." "I'm not going to be a vampire." "Please Shiki!" Eri begged. "Fine." Shiki sighed. I don't want to be a vampire, but I can't find anything else… "Okay! Let's go get the decorations!" They finished shopping and went home.

Tomorrow is Halloween…I like getting candy, but why does everything have to look so scary…Oh well, at least there's the party…
Neku's House
I can't believe I'm dressing up this year for Halloween AND going trick-or-treating. I usually just stay at home eating candy and watching scary movies all night. Well at least Shiki's not bugging me about it anymore…Why does she care if I dress up in a costume or not! Well, she's happy…so I'll just wear the stupid costume…

Neku's House
His phone starts ringing. It's 7 in the morning! Who the heck is up at this time! He looks at the phone. I should've known… "What do you want Joshua!? It's 7:00!" Neku yelled into the phone. "Good morning to you too." Joshua said sarcastically. "Oh, and by the way, it's actually 7:03.""What do you want!?" Neku repeated. "All right. All right. Calm down. I was just going to tell you that I have a surprise for everyone tomorrow." A surprise? This can't be good… "What kind of 'surprise'?" Neku asked suspiciously. Joshua giggled. "If I told you, then it wouldn't be much of a surprise would it?" "You-"Well, I'd better be going. I have to get it ready for tomorrow night." "Joshua!" … "Darn it! He hung up." What now? I don't think I should wait for whatever he's planning. I should go talk to Mr. H about it.
