I don't own anything, and I never will, sadly.
The track was empty, well almost empty. Archie and Atlanta where running on the race track like there was no tomorrow, and for what we know, that might be true.
`Keep up you slow poke! `
`Atlanta! Slow down! `
Slowing down to a light jog, Archie was finally caching up.
`Archie you big baby, that was only twenty one laps! `
` Atlanta, can I ask you something? `
We sat down on the track stretching out our muscles'. Drinking water and eating protein bars.
`Shoot. `
`Well, I was wondering if you would like to go out this Saturday, to see a movie, or something. `His hand was rubbing the back of his neck, he was nervous.
He was nervous because she could say no, and then things would get awkward between them, or, she could say yes.
Atlanta smiled; she's been waiting for him to ask her out for a VERY long time.
`Like a date? `
`Well, yeah, like a date. `
Atlanta was putting her water bottle in her bag, and slung it over her shoulder.
`Pick me up at seven. `
She ran fast, not wanting to see his face, all she knew was that she was the most happy, and excited she has ever been in her whole life!
She ran off, leaving nothing but dust as she ran. Archie's jaw feel open, his eye`s pooped out of his sockets. She said yes. He jumped in the air and did a fist pump! Atlanta said yes!
