I lay in my bed and my forehead burned. Upon hearing footsteps and Kyo's gruff voice say "Tohru get up and eat something." I sit up and see Kyo in the threshold holding a bowl of something that smelled good. I sit up, take off my blankets and sit down on the floor by my bed.
He sets down the soup, covers his nose and hands me a spoon. "Yum leak soup." I say. "Leaks are disgusting Tohru" Kyo claims as I start eating the soup. I look up at his beautiful blood red eyes and smile as I haven't all day.
"Kyo your a lot nicer than people give you credit" I say quietly. He looks at me with sheer surprise and stares into my aqua eyes. My face flushes and I look down at my dinner so he doesn't see my compassion. "Thank you for the soup Kyo." He stares at me thoughtfully.
"Tohru, I-I-I love you" he stutters. Upon dropping my spoon I say "K-Kyo…" I say barely even whispering. "I love you too Kyo." I go to hug him and I hear a "poof!" I cradle him in my arms. I set him down and I few seconds later he changes back.
I panic and look away and he puts on his clothes. Kyo sighs. "Tohru, Akito will hurt you if he finds out but there is one thing you need to know about me" I stare at him blankly. He takes off the beads he has been wearing ever since I met him and he hugs me tightly.
He transforms into a beast looking thing definitely not a cat as usual I stare in shock. "I-I know it's ugly but this is who I truly am, why the cat was always left out, I'm so… different from the others!" he says as he swipes my notebook off of my desk in the corner of my room.
As I walk over and touch his arm lightly he looks over at me and says "I hope you understand now why I'm always so… aggravated" I look up at his face and he looks down at me (he still has shorts on by the way) he transforms back into a human and I lean in to kiss him.
Of course at that time Yuki walks in. He immediately leaves and I hear his footsteps. My face turns bright red and I say to Kyo. "Yuki knows now!" upon saying that Shigure and Yuki walk into the room and Kyo yells. "What did you tell him you dang rat?" Yuki simply states "Shigure and I were quite disturbed at this news."
