"You're a lot warmer then I would've though you'd be." Matthias sighed into my hair as he pulled me closer to him.
"What is that supposed to mean, exactly?" I muttered leaning back into my loud mouth of a boyfriend. "Did you think I had no body heat?". With a loud snicker he rested his face on my shoulder.
"No, I just though that for someone who was complaining about being cold only a minute ago you're actually a lot warmer then I though you'd be," he practically grinned into my skin, "or were you just looking for an excuse to cuddle with me on the couch?"
"Maybe I did, maybe I didn't. What does it matter to you?"
He brought his mouth up to my ear, "Hmmm, it matter to me because if you did it because you're cold then that justifies the fact that you're cute; if you did it simply as an excuse to cuddle with me on the couch that that confirms the fact that you're fucking adorable". As his warm breath danced across my ear he wove his legs through mine. I kicked a little at his shin.
"Who do you think you're calling cute?"
"My cute boyfriend"
"I'm not cute"
"Cutie pie"
"Stop it"
"Love"
"Knock it off"
"Darling" I swiveled my head to look him in the eye
"Itold you-" before I could even yell at him his lips were on mine. He tasted of coffee, the sugar of our recent snack of muffins sprinkled over his chapped lips. As I relaxed into our kiss his hands pulled me closer.
"My one and only" Matthias murmured as he unlocked our lips and pressed our foreheads closer. I smile pulled on my cheeks.
"Idiot" I whispered, locking our lips again.
