Team Rocket Captured!

Four members of the infamous Team Rocket were captured yesterday afternoon, at a breeding center. "The Two members, Butch and Cassidy, were running a type of breeding center scam." Says Officer Jenny. "They were sending all the pokemon to we assume the Team Rocket boss." The people who brought the scam to the police's attention were none other than Ash Ketchum, Misty, Brock, and Todd. "We arrested Ash, Todd, and Brock, 'cuz we thought that they were trying to steal pokemon from the breeding center." Says Officer Jenny. "We also caught Jessie and James and their Meowth, during that Arrest."
"It's a good thing Todd takes great pictures, other wise we'd still be in jail, and Butch and Cassidy would have gotten away with the scam." Says Brock. "We should also thank Pikachu. With out him we would have never have gotten Todd's camera back with all the pictures." Says Misty. "Pika Chu Pikachu pika. Pikachu pika pi." Pikachu said. According to our translators, it said something like this: "It was nothing. Just trying to help Ash."
Also, this paper just caught word of this before we sent it to print:
Jessie and James have escaped from jail! Our sources say that they dug out of the jail, and are still at large. If any one spots them, please contact your nearest Police Station.
