Hiding in the shadows, Ash fights the ultimate enemy. Traveling through time and space on the orders of Arcius. At seven-teen, Ash is the strongest hes have ever been before. But is Ash the only one who can stop this evil from taking over... Only the passing of time will tell. First fanfic R&R Ash/? Bad summary, the story is better. This is only a preview for the story.

I don't own Pokémon in any way or form, this is just my ideas. Pokémon belongs to its respective owners. First fic to be posted, so give me some feedback. I don't have a beta, and I'm dyslexic, so please alert me of any spelling or grammatical problems. This is not a Unova fic, this is where the story starts. Now on with the show!

"Hurry up Ash, we'll miss the boat! Shesh, why do you have to be such a kid?" An annoyed voice called to a dosing teen, lying in the grass, his faithful Pikachu at his side. The teen in question was a young man with shaggy dark hair, lightly tanned skin, twin lightning shaped marks rested on his checks. His amber eyes slowly opened at the sound of his friend's voice.

Holding back a yawn, Ash sat up and looked at the long hair girl, "Don't worry Iris, we have plenty of time, it's only ten." Anger dancing in her eyes, Iris snapped at the lazy, to her, boy. "It was ten… Two hours ago!" Ash's eyes widened comically, "HUH!" Clambering to stand, Ash grabbed his backpack as Pikachu jumped on to his shoulder. The two took off running, both thinking, 'We are so going to be late!'

As the two ran a pair of eyes watched them go. Watching them trough a mirror that glowed with a soft blue light, was a being with long black hair, light tanned skin, scars on his checks, and glowing amber eyes. This man was Ash Ketchum, age seven-teen. Pikachu looked behind Ash's back, "Pika Pi." The older Ash trend, looking at the Pokémon that snuck behind him, "Mew-two," Ash said with a smile, "It's good to see you." The genetic Pokémon nodded in reply. Speaking through his physic power, Mew-two returned the greeting. "So, it's time to go. Where too?" Ash inquired. Mew-two looked at him with friendly irritation, "Not where, when. Aricus wants you in Kanto, during your first journey. There on the move." Ash sighed, "Very well, let's go." Mew-two nodded, raised his arms and covered them all in a purple glow. When the glow died, the three where gone.
