My take on the post 4.17 situation! Review!

Dan tried his hardest to look at Blair when they pulled away from eachother. He could tell that she felt it too, but was afraid that she would pretend like nothing had happened. What she did next was what surprised him. She put her arms around his neck and kissed him again, eagerly and passionately.

"No one can know about this," she murmured into his lips. Dan wasn't complaining, and he deepened the kiss.

Chuck entered the Waldorf penthouse slowly. All the lights were already off except for the slightly dimmed ones in the stairwell. Was Blair asleep? He quietly made his was towards the stairs . As he got to the top of the staircase, he heard faint sounds of relaxed breathing coming from Blair's bedroom. She was asleep, he thought.

Oh well, he just really needed to see her, and maybe even spend the night there. He couldn't go back to the Empire when thoughts of his dad haunted him. He'd talk to Blair in the morning; she always knew how to make him feel better.

When he got to Blair's door, he slowly opened it, not making any noise. His eyes wandered to her bed and sure enough, Blair was there, sleeping peacefully. But, there was an arm around her, and another dark head of hair beside hers. What?

Chuck could feel fire in his soul, boiling. He turned so he could get a better look. He couldn't believe his eyes. It felt like his stomach was going to fall out of his butt! Right there, beside Blair was Humphrey. Dan Humphrey! He felt like punching him then and there, but restrained himself and curled his hands into tight fists. He quickly backed out of the room. Had she slept with him? He wanted to vomit; how could he have let this happen? He descended the stairs quickly, fuming.

"Mr. Chuck, you are okay?" a sleepy Dorota asked, yawning.

Chuck tried to speak, but no words came out. "No," was all he could manage before heading down the elevator.

Blair awoke the next morning with Dan Humphrey's arm around her waist. Surprisingly, nothing had happened the night before. They had just curled up in her bed and had drifted off to sleep in each other's arms. Blair was so confused. She had realized the night before that she really liked Dan. He wasn't like anyone she'd ever been with before. He was funny, had all the same interests as her, she was never bored with him, but most importantly, he was nice. He was so nice.

"Mmm," she sighed against him, slowly getting up from her bed. She threw her robe on, and went downstairs. Dan would join her later, she didn't want to wake him up yet.

It's not a lot, but it's something :).
