Banjo and Kazooie were playing their XBox 360 outside their house in Spiral Mountain when suddenly Mona came by with a box of pizza, honking her scooter as the bear and bird turned their attention to the orange haired human girl.
"Did you call for Mona's pizza?" Mona asked as she smiled.
"...Did we order pizza from her place?" Banjo questioned while scratching his head.
"Maybe. She needs to prove herself, to see if this is the real deal we're dealing with," Kazooie pointed out as she paused her game.
After several minutes of Mona farting, Banjo and Kazooie motioned the gassy girl to stop, believing that she was indeed who she was. Mona was relieved, both from the talking animal duo believing her and from letting out her mostly deep pitched bassy farts.
"Great! That will be twenty bucks!" Mona stated as she stuck her tongue out playfully.
"20 dollars... for pizza!?" Kazooie exclaimed as she shook her head. "Forget it! That's highway robbery!"
Mona sniffled as tears formed in her eyes. "B-but, how will I pay off for my pizza business...?"
"Cor... c'mon, Kazooie, she's about to cry," Banjo said as he got up onto his feet, only to fall flat on his face.
The three characters heard laughing, with the source of laughter coming from Gruntilda Winkybunion, who was riding on the Wario Bike, with the greedy fat man himself also there, smirking as usual.
"You think twenty bucks for pizza is bad?" Gruntilda stated as she snapped her fingers. "Then you're not going to find this trip rad!"
"Yeah, what she said!" Wario added as he stuffed a clove of garlic into his mouth, with a portal popping up as Banjo and Kazooie got sucked up.
"W-what? Why did you do that?" Mona asked as she was on the verge of crying since she didn't get her money.
Grunty scoffed as she adjusted her black witch hat. "Oh please, those chumps are cheap. Take it from me, I know them too well."
