Chapter 1:
"KENDALLINI!" Lorraine Johnston-Jones AKA 'JJ' yelled up the swirly slide, while looking for her boyfriend. They were SUPPOSED to be going to the pool, but Kendall was hiding from JJ. "Kendalllll?" JJ called. She waited. No answer. JJ heard a noise from Kendall's room, and she ran towards it. When she opened the door, she saw a big surprise. "What the hell?" she screamed, "You whore! Get off my boyfriend!" Jo stood up, "He was MINE first." JJ slapped her, "No. He was MINE first. Now I suggest you leave before I open a can of Minnesota Kick Ass on you." JJ popped her knuckles and Jo ran. JJ turned around to face Kendall, "What the Hell was that?" He was silent. She turned around to run away but He grabbed her arm, "JJ…. She attacked me. Please… Don't leave me…" JJ sighed, "I don't know if I can trust you anymore Kendall… Please. Just let me have time to think." He sighed, "Okay… take all the time you need." JJ nodded and ran down the hall of the PW and stopped at her apartment. She opened the door and saw her best friend, Marie, sitting on her couch. "He cheated, didn't he?" JJ sniffled, "How'd you know?" Marie made a face, "Your makeup's running." JJ rubbed her eyes, "Oh…" Marie stood up and hugged her best bud. "It's okay, bud. It'll be better." JJ started crying, "He-He said.. He-He said… He was sorry…. And… He didn't want me to leave.." Marie kept hugging her, "It's okay, Lorri… It'll get better." JJ pulled away, "Is that all you have to say? Is that it'll be okay? Life isn't okay! Life has it's dark times, and this is one of them!" JJ's eyes were overflowing with tears as she ran out of the apartment and headed for PW park. She climbed up the tallest tree in the park and cried.
