Disclaimer: I don't own Harry Potter

This is a little poem that just formed itself in the back of my head so I put it to paper. It's in Lily's point of view explaining war to Harry. I don't know if I'm very good a poetry so please read and review. Love you for it.

Child, you ask why the world is grey

Black and white, white and black.

It's because of the grown ups who argue today

Black and white, white and black.

Some want peace, others start war.

Black and white, white and black.

Some want power, others don't care

Black and white, white and black.

Some say magic, others say both

Black and white, white and black.

Some cause despair, others spread hope

Black and white, white and black.

Some say oppression, others say freedom

Black and white, white and black.

Some want quality, others don't heed them

Black and white, white and black.

Some bring death, others save life

Black and white, white and black.

Some heal wounds, others cause strife

Black and white, white and black.

Some say dark, some say light

Black and white, white and black.

Some want calm, others shout fight

Black and white, white and black.

Some are happy, some are sad

Black and white, white and black.

Some are good, some are bad

Black and white, white and black.

Harry you ask why the world is grey

Black and white, white and black.

It's because of the people in war today

Black and white, white and black.

So how was that? I've never really wrote poetry before so I hope it's good. If you please review that'd be great. Love you all, hope you read some more of my stuff.
