Lightning lances through him
He falls upon his knees
He cries a cry for freedom
But they are deaf to all his pleas
Torn apart by pain
Kept together by sin
He wonders why this happened
Why he could never win
Demon wings begin to show
As he lifts his demon's claw
And he cries because he knows
The demon's wish is law
And as the wings of Chaos spread
And he leaps into the sky
The poor tormented soul within
Wonders why he cannot die.
