A/N Hey guys! It's been a while since I wrote a drabble, thought I'd give it a shot again. Anyway, this is the result of a five minute break between me studying for my finals (They're in less than a month... help me God...) and I thought that it wasn't half bad, so yeah, here you go! Enjoy! :D ~sammy

To call them cowards, is to call the clouds heavy. To call them selfish, is to call a rainbow colorless. To call them heartless, is to call a mountain short. To call them anything but brave, selfless, heroic, is to liken the gardens of paradise to the sulphuric fires of hellspawn. Their hearts, their souls, their very core may feel fear, may urge them to run away, to protect themselves, but they deny themselves the comfort of safety. They fight and battle till they are covered with scars, and the war has left them cold and hardened, and even in their last breath, in their last step, in their last heartbeat, they will fight to protect the innocent, to save the ones who do not deserve their pity. It does not matter to them, the cost may be their own lives, they very souls, but to save the world, they will sacrifice themselves with not a moment's hesitation. Blood is shed, cries escape, pain is a constant companion, and still hey march onto the battlefield, songs on their lips, smiles reaching their eyes, love in their every action. These martyrs, these soldiers, these warriors, these heroes, these brothers, they'll give up heaven, and march through the crossfire to the very gates of hell, because in their minds, the world is worth saving. The world is cruel, it has forsaken them time and time again, they owe the world nothing, and yet they will save it. For they are not cowards, they are not selfish, they are not angels, they are not demons. They are human. Brave, selfless, heroic humans. They are the Winchesters

A/N yeah, yeah, it's tiny but that's the point of a drabble right? anyway, as it's my brother's birthday and he's in Uni, (I really hate doing this but... here goes nothing) I will give him a birthday wish for every review this thing gets, even if it's just you guys criticizing how awfully tiny this is. :P ~Sammy
