: A poem for wicked the musical
Time: act two Subjects: Nessarose and Boq
Narrator: Boq
How beautiful you are o'sweet one who fills my mouth resent
I know amongst my snide that you repent
Your heart is not cold
you are submerged In in grief
and fear outweighs compassion I am hallow one in this game of cat and mouse The ever curt and nimble Rodant
My small joy is to tease
to dangle and too taunt
with Little tidbits of affection
then pull them Sharply from beneath you
all for petty revenge I suppose I
I am to craven to admit this but I must say your beauty strikes me
if harm Slinks your your way I shall be gallant for you if it be a frigid night and you are none the wiser
sleep I will hold you tight and save my scorn for the morning.
