Chapter 1 Taking Leave
"Do you think my grandfather will be alright in castle Caelin?"Lyn asked with a concerned look."I don't know if leaving him was the right choice."
"I'm sure he'll be fine as Ostia still protects castle Caelin,"said Eliwood trying to cheer her up."Anyway we are leaving soon to visit Hector as he is getting married."
"Hector is getting married, to whom might I ask?"asked Lyn.
"Oh to Florina of course.""Florina said she wanted to see you at the wedding as Florina is still a little shy you see."Lyn nodded.Then she left to get ready to go also.Upstairs she ran into Marcus.He was prancing around like usual.Then his horse came running by Lyn almost giving her a heart attack.
"MARCUS, put that stupid horse in its cage thingy,"Lyn yelled at Marcus who grabed his horse.The Marcus rode away on his horse.He stopped in front of Eliwood.
"I think Lyn has a slight problem,"Marcus told Eliwood."She was about to explode on me."
"You know Lyn Marcus, she takes things seriously."Then she came stomping down where Marcus was. His horse started to back away. Lyn was mad.
"I though I told you to put that horse outside!"she yelled.Marcus then rushed off outside.Lyn watched him put his horse in his stable where it belonged.Eliwood sweatdropped.Then she turned to Eliwood."How are we going to travel to Ostia as walking would take a long time?"
"I've decided that were going to walk."They say interesting things happen when walking to places as of meeting new people."He seemed to regret saying that.
"Oh so you mean that by meeting new people we could get killed or anything like that huh?"Lyn asked Eliwood who seemed to walk away."Thought so."Then they both went to the stable and got a horse and left for Ostia which was about a couple weeks ride.

On the road.They passed by a small village in Pherae.
"I remeber that place It's where I met Rebecca for the first time and the Tactian,"said Eliwood.Lyn just seemed to listen as she had no clue of this really.As they left Pherae it was nightfall and they needed a place to stay.They decided to camp out in an open field.
"This reminds me of the old days,"said Lyn as she tried to light the fire.Then they saw a fog was rolling in, and decided to get extra fire wood.Eliwood volunteered.Well actually Lyn made him, but that is a different story.

Eliwood not being able to see anything ran into a tree.
"Oww,"he yelled.He looked around, but the fog was so thick that he couldn't see.He then herd footsteps.He approached the footsteps he herd. As "smart" as he is he slamed into a person making her fall to the ground."Uh.. sorry."
"You better be, BRAT,"The girl yelled at him.Then the girl got a better look at him.She stood up and brushed herself off.She got a good look at the man who knocked her over."M-My Lord I'm sorry I had no clue it was you.""I'm Ellie, and you don't know who I am but I am truely sorry.
"It's ok, but have you seen a camp fire around here I'm sorta lost,"asked Eliwood.
"No I'm sorry,"she replied."I lost my boyfriend, and I'm looking for him."
"Lost him,"he asked with a look of concern.
"I'll explain."As you know this place has a reputation for how often their is fog, so I was walking in the fog got knocked out by someone, and here I am now."Since the fog was so thick my boyfriend had no clue I was gone."Then Eliwood closed his eyes and tried to imagine that happening, but when he opened them Ellie was gone.When walking to look for Ellie, Eliwood ran into another treee and got knocked out.

"Where could he be,"Lyn asked herself."It's not that hard to get fire wood and come back.Guessing that he got lost Lyn decided to go look for him."I bet anything he ran into a tree and got knocked out."
"Eliwood where are you,"Lyn called out.No anwser. All she herd was the sound of crickets in the night."I'll never be able to find him in all this fog."Then she stepped on something soft.
"Owwwww,"Eliwood screamed.
"Sorry Eliwood I stepped on you I guess,"Lyn aplogized Pulling Eliwood up.Then she looked around.Lucily she brought a sword and a Rapuer for Eliwood as she feered she was not alone.
"Eliwood get ready for battle,"she told him.
"I can't even move beacuse of you stepping on me,"Eliwood whined.Lyn made a mad face."I'll try though."
"You better as I'm not losing you here."They herd footsteps surround them.They moved close together back to back.Then all of a sudden Tons of people walked up to them.
"Hold fire guys its only a man and a women,"said what seemed to be the groups leader."We thought you guys were who we were hunting, so get going now."Looking confused they walked back to camp since Lyn knew the way.

"I wonder what happened to Ellie,"Eliwood mumbeled to himself.
"What?"asked Lyn as she popped out of her tent.Eliwood sighed.
"Nothing,"he said going into his tent to sleep."Maybe Lyn was right, we should of took a different way."
