You sit there staring into the dark abyss
Your eyes filled with wonder as you dream of 'THEM'
I look for 'THEM', and they find me
They are the smoke and the sound as well as the wind all around us
I reach for one
I fall
You grab me
They couldn't take me
I then learn that 'THEY' are VAMPIRES
I look into your eyes and see a glint brighter than any star
We jump into the darkness
I awake to see you under a tree
We are in a meadow
I squint as you shine with marvelous beauty as you enter the sunlight
We meet eyes once again
I reveal my feelings for you and you reveal yours
I reach for the guitar at my side and begin to play a lovely tune
You cry
I comfort you
We meet eyes once more only to find ourselves fall back into the darkness
Our minds go blank and we are locked in an eternal gaze as we drift in everlasting darkness
