It was just after 9:00 pm on a rainy autumn night Sam Manson had just been beaten by her mom. It was not the first time, and each time they seemed to get alot worse. Sam was so that her mother wanted to kill her.
Suddenly, while Sam was driving, a car in the opposite lane drove in front of her...
I open my eyes
I try to see but I'm blinded by the white light
Sam tried to move to the opposite lane, but it was too late...
There was a loud crash, the sound of metal bending and breaking, the sound of broken glass being crushed...and the screams of shock and pain...
I can't remeber how
I can't remember why
I'm lying here tonight
Sam tried to move, but it hurt, so she could only hope someone would call 911, until she heard footsteps coming closer, and she saw a blurry face, but one recognizable...
And I can't stand the pain
And I can't make this go away

Sam was shocked, and in alot of pain. The person who had hit her was her old friend Tucker Foley, and she couldn't be sure if he'd hit her purposely...

Sounds of sirens were all around Sam, and she wanted to block them out, but she couldn't move. And it seemed like slow motion as Sam was pulled and removed from her car. She saw Tucker nearby, crying openly and talking to a police officer...
Everybody's screaming
I try to make a sound but no one hears me
I'm slipin off the edge
I'm hangin by a thread
I wanna start this over again
Voices around Sam were yelling, giving instructions, doing things to try and help her...
She heard a voice yell "Quick, we're losing her, WE'RE LOSING HER!" and suddenly, above her, she saw another face, and it was her boyfriend, Danny Fenton...he was screaming "Save her, SAVE HER, PLEASE, I LOVE HER!"...her vision dulled, then cleared, and before her vision went black and she was lost forever, she reached out for Danny's hand...
So I try to hold on to a time when nothing mattered
And I can't explain what happened
And I can't erase the things that I've done
No I can't...
Sam died at 10:04 pm on that rainy autumn night. Her mom was found guilty of 1 count of child abuse. Tucker was allowed to be free, the accident was just that- an accident. sam was lost, but she'd never be forgotten... Danny was hurt at first, and began talking to Tucker again. Their friendship was restored.
