Wowie! A poem by me! That's amazing.  And it's talking about Shelob.  Well, here ya' go!!!

Shelob

In the darkness dark shall wait

Without emotion, without a soul

Many forms and many more victims

This time a spider, a woman

Evil reeks, as does corpse

It smothers all and consumes

Just like a belly, a hungry belly

Looking for food always and forever

Ice-cold laughter is ice-cold terror

Speedy feet make for a measured death

An untimely place to be for an unlucky being

Dazzling fangs that can't be seen in the dark

Cruel smile that can be felt

Malicious will that cannot be stopped

Always wanting, never satisfied

Must have more, must have more

Wretched creatures in this service

A meal for a gift

That cannot be seen

A meal that only lasts for a while

Hate above all else follows around

Desire for more flesh grows from within

A web of steal guards the way

Blocking eyes from the light of the sun

Never see it, it burns so much

Giving cover away

Darkness covers almost everything

But wander into her cave

And she'll cover you

Brave are those who fight it

And foolish too

Unhopeful for those who run

So, tell me

What will you do?
