Seras stood before the open church door. She looked up, and then stepped forward. She bounced back against an unseen force. She rubbed her head and growled. She tried again, with the same result. There was no way she could get inside. She tried one last time, only to bounce back a little more forcefully than before.
"What are you doing?" Alucard appeared behind her shoulder. "Something interesting inside?"
"Well, I was trying to see if I could walk inside…"
As she said this Alucard put his foot in the doorway and tried to step in. Seras gasped as there seemed to be a small explosion and Alucard was thrown back over twenty feet before he landed with his face in the dirt.
Then she started cackling with laughter as Alucard pulled his face out of the dirt. He shot a glare at his apprentice. "Shut up."
