The Answer
One warrior and one thought
This was nothing like the battles she's fought
For standing right above the princess's head
Was a renegade that was going to strike her dead
The princess knew this would come to pass
She believed this event could not be bypassed
But the warrior, filled with panic and dismay
Pushed her charge far away
At that moment, the path of fate had change
And instead of the two there was something quite strange
Where did they go? What did they do?
Why they had made something entirely new
The reengage stared; it was a sight to see
Yet she and her leader decided to flee
But the people around them stepped away in fear
Disgusted and angry, the mob did jeer
With sweat on their faces, the two broke away
While the Blue Queen stepped forward and began to say
"Because this was not the scene that you have described
That warrior will be shattered; she shall be inscribed!"
With no choice left, the seer did take
The hand of her warrior so that she wouldn't break
Far away did those two run
Because while the conflict is over, their lives had just begun
