Why me..? Mano though.. This is the thirteenth time this month!
He hid his cheeks that had scratches from the hens that sat on the left and right wings of his rocket. No blood was drawn but there were still picked scabs from the hens claws raking at them and always causing them to always burn.
Chou had thrown him out of his Air Force platoon three weeks ago, making him the laughingstock of the entire base. The only people showing any amount of sympathy were First Squad and Ape Trully. Chou on the other hand looked at the toss out of the pilot as a blessing.
Other then having to put up with everyone else's taunt's, his former platoon constantly picked and beat on him. They also were talking about making Lin a full time member to replace him. He hated it.
Every single second of being teased and mocked. Ape Trully how ever, showed only kindness to the pilot. Making him think of ways to repay the commander for his acts of selflessness.
He walked to his room and lay face down on his bed, not moving, even after his stomach gave a protesting growl to this action. A knock at the door stopped him from slamming his fist into it and forcing him to throw up. He opened the door to see the commander outside of his room.
"Come on." The man said grabbing the pilots hand and walking him to the cafeteria. The man with the white and black colored face ordered two bowls of rice and sat down at an empty table in the corner. After they finished their meals, the commander took Mano to his room and into his closet.
There were so many uniforms with so many colors, and matching shoes, but the all had an odd flame mark on the stomach, on the wrists and on the ankles that was the respectable color of the opposite colors on the color wheel.
"I need a personal escort and a body guard, one who will always be loyal." The man said "You will be that person."
The pilot blinked at the man. Confusion turned to a smile. Ape Trully walked outside of the room and let the pilot change, he knocked seven minutes later and the monkey opened the door to see the pilot wearing the red uniform with the white flame marks, his red eyes and white pupils, as well as his jet black hair added to the new look.
"The uniform suits you.." The monkey said, snickering under the mask. The simian looked at a note that parrot king had left on his bed. He then opened the note and proceeded to read it. Soon.. We will proceed with that mission when the Air Force members are done being idiots The monkey looked at Mano, who was smiling to himself "Come.." He said "We must show everyone the new you.."
Time to see if anyone will make fun of me now.. Mano thought, knowing that no one will make fun of him when he was Ape Trully's body guard and vise-a-versa
