A/N: I hope this turned out good, I wrote it after midnight a few nights ago when I couldn't sleep. Nothing else to say so here it is!
Alec climbed onto Max's bike behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist.
"What do you think you're doing?"
"I need a ride home."
"So?"
"Come on Max. It's not like my place is outta your way. You've gotta pass it to get home."
"It is out of my way. I'm going to Logan's"
"I'll go with you. Then you can drop me off."
"No, now get off."
"No. Drive."
"Alec!"
"I'm not moving Max. So just drive already."
"Max sighed. "Fine."
"Can we make this quick? "Alec asked barging into Logan's apartment. "I kinda wanna get home. "
"What are you doing here?" Logan asked.
"Waiting for Max to give me a ride home. What are you doing here?"
Logan rolled his eyes "So Max can you do something for me?"
"What?"
"The cops have some files on the S1-W. I need you to get them."
"Can't Matt do it?"
"They transferred him to another office."
"Where are they?"
"File cabinet in the main office."
"You can even find out what file cabinet these things are in. Man you have no life. Alec said.
Ignoring him, Logan said, ""It shouldn't take long."
"Alright. see ya in a lil bit." She turned to alec. "You coming or gonna hang here?"
"Coming."
"Max." Alec whispered. "There's a guard coming. Grab it so we can get out of here."
"Just a second." She said.
"OW!" Alec said.
Max turned around and found the guard pointing a gun at her. "Can I help you?" he said.
Max glanced over at Alec, who was lying on the floor not moving. "What did you do to him?"
"Hit him with this." he hled up hi gun. "Can do the same to you if you'd like."
Max didn't respond, but instead got up and kicked the guy, sending him into the wall. When he didn't get up she kneeled next to Alec.
"Come on Alec, get up." He didn't move. "Damn." She awkwardly picked him up and carried him outside.
She sat him on her bike and climbed on behind him. She positioned him so she could see, and took off.
Max ignored the looks people gave her as she carried Alec into Foggle Towers.
"She banged on Logan's door. "logan hurry up"
Asha opened the door. "What happened?"
Max pushed past her and layed Alec down on the couch.
"Security guard knocked him on the head with a gun."
"Did you get the files?" Logan asked coming into the room.
"No."
"Max they were important."
"I was a little preoccupied. If you need them thta badly, go get em yourself."
"You know I can't do that Max. And now they might arrest Asha."
"look I'm not saying I want her in jail, but Alec's unconscience here."
"Who's Alec?"
Max turned. "Good you're awake."
"Who are you?"
"Come on Alec, knock it off."
"Who's Alec?"
"You are. I'm serious quit it. How are you feeling?"
"Well I don't know who any of you are, or where I am."
"Amnesia." Asha mumbled.
