A Pirates Life For Me
Chapter 1 The Pirates
"George!!! Where are you?" my mom said.
" I'm okay mom." I said.
" Get inside! The pirates roam at this time!" mom said. Me and my mom live on the coast of the Carolinas (we move from North Carolina to South Carolina every year). My name is George. My mom gets scared when the pirate comes.
The pirate time is when the pirates roam the lands like birds heading south for winter. They steal anything out of a store they want. If the store owner is still there the pirates slice of their head.
So my mom locks the doors and she locks the windows. I have always wanted to meet a pirate. People think of them as evil demons but maybe they're not that bad. My mom thinks we might be moving early because of the pirates but I hope not.
My moms asleep so I think I'll go on that adventure now. As I sneaked out the door and heard my mom mumble in her sleep. It sounded lie she said ham but who knows.
The night sky was shining with stars like God had sprinkled glitter on Heaven. I ran to the nearest port and watched the pirates run to their ships with their new treasures ( out of the pirates view of course). Then I heard a noise from behind me. I turned to look.
There he was, the famous Blackbeard! He looked just like the pictures I have seen of him.
"Who goes there?" he asked.
"Ummm....George." I said.
"Well George you are my new prisoner, HA,HA,HA!" old Blackbeard said. His laugh sounded like a cannon being fired.
Chapter 2 How it feels to be a pirate's slave
After being chained up and thrown all over the place Blackbeard finally unchained me and made me do the chores. It was better than being locked up in a cell with a bunch of wierdoes mumbling to their self.
All the other pirates laughed at me when they walked by. I almost said something but I didn't because I was taught manners and I would get into a lot of trouble. As the sun was going down I looked out at the beautiful ocean and jumped!!!!!!!!!!!!
I started to swim the way home when a cannon was fired. I stopped right there in my tracks and dunked into the water. The cannon ball flew right over my head! Then it all went black.
