In middle school, on the roof. Add's POV.
"What is it that you wanted to tell me, Add?" She said as her scarlet hair in a ponytail bew in the wind. She was the most beautiful thing on Earth. She turned around and looked at me. The sunset reflected from her hair. Do I even deserve to look at such beauty?
"Elesis. . . I. . ." My fists clenched" I love you, Elesis. Will you go out with me?" Her eyes widened, like she was never expecting something like this from me. A slight blush grew on her face. How cute. She looked down, and looked back up at me with a false smile. I already knew the answer from the beginning, but it still hurt, a lot.
"Add, you know better than anyone that I don't want a boyfriend. I want to become an Independant woman, like how my mom was after my dad left her. I appreciate your feelings, but. . ." She looked down and the floor," I'm sorry, I can't go out with you. You can always find someone better than me, right? I mean, what is there about me anyway. I'm always mean to guy's, i'm not pretty, like Ara or Rena," Not true," I'm not smart," Not true," there's nothing good about me anyway. And besides," She looked up at the sky," I'm moving." What! No! You can reject me, but you can't leave me! I was about to say something but she stopped me. "And, i'm moving away today. So, i'm guessing this will be our last goodbye, huh. Do me a favor a relay the message to everyone for me, okay? And tell my brother i'm sorry." She walked past me and walked to the door and stopped. "Goodbye, Add" Were the last words I heard. I wanted to scream that I wanted her to stay. I wanted to hug her and never let go. But It was too late.
I sat down and leaned against the wall. I started crying. Real hard. After a good thirty minutes, i took out my phone and started listening to music. It was on shuffle, and the song that played was Dope by BTS. I laughed, What a song to listen too after a rejection. I listened to it for a minute, until I heard the lyrics, "I reject rejection." I paused the song. I reject rejection, huh. I started to think about those lyrics. And I stood up. I started crying a bit. Yeah, that's what i'll do. I'll reject rejection! Just you wait, Elesis Sieghart, this will not be the last time we meet. You'll be mine, for sure. Just you wait. I stared into the sunset, my body filled with determination.
Hello Everyone! If You have read my latest chpater of Awkward, You will know I have been planning to write another story about Add and Elesis. I will start writing it now. I will still continue Awkward of course, but I will take a while to update because of writers block. If you have any ideas that I could use, that would be great! Hoped you enjoyed. This story will take place at high school. A private one. Elesis is a honarary student there, and all her best friends are rich. Elsword will be there because Ara paid for him obvi. Add reunites with her at the highschool, and continues to court her. Add will be a perverted yet smart guy. Elesis will be stern and elegant. So they are kinda Like LP and GrM.
