AN: Another poem. Whoo. o.O I'm going crazy with Death Note poetry. Hehe. It actually mentions Death Note this time! It's a step! ;) Light's point of view, of course. Note the "I, Kira.." part. XD
Disclaimer: I do not own Death Note. If I did, I probably wouldn't be writing poetry about it. That job is for the fanfictioners. XD

Divine Judgement
How could I fail?
How could I die?
My plans were fullproof,
So now I ask why.
My intentions were sound.
I was cleansing the earth.
My ideas were working.
Criminal life had a dearth.
Civilians were safe.
Innocence was free.
Only tainted lived in fear.
It was perfect, you see?
You don't understand.
An utopia can exist!
When it's fully led
In the name of Justice.
But not your kind, no,
For that justice is weak.
With short sentences, not life
And evil is let free.
My way's more efficiant.
Criminals no longer strong.
I, Kira, showed them
Between right and wrong.
I was the ultimate god.
My judgement was divine.
Yet, you planned to stop me
This entire time.
My ideas are not wrong
And now you are to blame.
Criminals are at large;
Innocence left shouting Kira's name.
