''My pets are going to tear you apart,'' D'Void said to Manny and Pierce with Helen in the Null Void. He glanced from many Null Guardians to his enemies. ''You won't be able to arrest me for conquering the Null Void after your limbs are scattered.'' His eyes became wide after he heard a shrill cry. D'Void turned his head. He gasped.
A baby Null Guardian sobbed and struggled between two rocks.
D'Void sat on a Null Guardian's back before he approached his daughter. Frowning, he parted the rocks with his hands. ''You followed me?''
he muttered under his breath. He heard the Null Guardian as she sobbed again. ''You don't have to protect me. There are plenty of other Null Guardians protecting me.''
D'Void looked back. His eyes settled on Helen and Manny with Pierce as they sat on a few Null Guardians' backs. They became wide.
*My enemies are fast to sit on a Null Guardian's back with ease?* D'Void thought. He turned to the baby Null Guardian. ''Follow me.''
The Null Guardian flew to D'Void's citadel and into a hall. D'Void got off and faced the infant. ''You should never fly out of the citadel alone. My enemies are usually armed and there are too many rocks in the Null Void. I might not be present if you are trapped between rocks again.''
D'Void embraced his daughter before she sobbed again and flew out of his arms.
*My daughter thought she was trapped again?*
D'Void's eyes widened after the roof fell. He and his daughter were buried apart. He heard her while she continued to sob. They were trapped.
