Shorts in which Dean attempts (and fails) to flirt with Cas. (Destiel and Sabriel) DISCLAIMER: NOT ACCURATE TO THE PLOT AT ALL AND I ALSO DON'T OWN SUPERNATURAL AND MY COMPUTER WANTS TO AUTO-CORRECT CAS TO CACTI IDK
Day 1
"Hey angel." Dean turned toward Cas with a small smirk on his face.
"Hello… Human? Or should I stay with calling you Dean?" Cas looked at him and tilted his head a bit, confusion littering his features.
Day 2
"Did it hurt when you fell from heaven?" Dean questioned Cas.
"It was the most painful thing I have ever experienced." He replied with a slight tremor in his voice.
Day 3
"When God made you, he was just showing off." Dean said to Cas, expecting a reaction from that.
"I'm not entirely sure he was showing off, he made many other soldiers." Cas replied.
'Goddammit that took me 5 hours to come up with.'
Day 4
"Your eyes are as blue as the ocean, and I'm lost at sea." Dean said to the angel over the phone.
"I wasn't aware that you were lost or at sea. Is it a new spell? Do you need my assistance?" Cas replied, worried.
"Never mind…"
Day 5
"You must be the reason men fall in love." Dean said, looking at Cas.
"Actually, it is up to the Cherubs, not soldiers." Cas replied, not looking up from his book.
Day 6
"No wonder the sky is gray today. All the blue is in your eyes." Dean said, frowning slightly at the cloudy sky.
"I think the sky is gray because of the weather, we should be expecting rain." Cas said.
Day 7
"Tonight this Han doesn't want to fly Solo."
"I don't get that reference, Dean."
And that's how they watched the Star Wars Trilogy together.
Day 8
"If Internet Explorer is brave enough to ask you to be your default browser, I'm brave enough to say that I-"
"I don't use Internet Explorer, it's too slow."
"I can agree with you on that, Cas."
Day 9
"Hey Cas." Sam said.
"Hello, Sam. Is Dean around?"
"No, he went out for beer and burgers."
"I've noticed something off about him and I don't understand it."
"What is it?" Gabriel asked as he walked into their conversation.
"He has been acting strange and I can't figure out why."
"How so?" Sam asked, pulling up a chair and sitting down.
"He says strange things to me daily and acts different when I am around. He gets uncomfortable and his face turns a little red. Maybe he is ill?"
"I know how to cure it, Cassie." Gabriel started. "Just go up to Dean and demonstrate what I'm doing." He bent down and kissed Sam on the lips, smirking as he pulled away and disappeared, leaving a confused Sam behind.
-Later-
"Use this line on him when you stop locking lips…"
Day 10
"Dean." Cas said as he found the hunter sitting on a chair, scrolling through the news.
"Hey Cas." He looked up from his laptop as he heard the angel approach.
Cas was silent as he turned Dean to face him and kissed him on the lips. He felt the hunter's face heat up and he whispered in his ear what Gabriel told him to say. "Your lips looked a little lonely."
Day 11
"So you two are finally together?" Sam asked as the pair walked into the room, hand in hand.
"Bout' time. Even I wasn't that clueless." Gabriel butted in, ignoring the eye roll Sam gave him at the comment.
"Yes, Dean and I are in a sexual relationship together." Cas said bluntly.
"Don't be subtle about it, geez." Dean said with an eye roll of his own.
"Heaven is calling." Both angels said as they vanished. Sam and Dean looked at each other and sighed.
At least they both got their happy ending.
