The door to the room slowly opened. The countries – interrupted in their pointless discussions - went silent and looked at the person who now stood in front of them.

A woman without a definite age, no definite culture or background. She looked wise and her eyes spoke of a long and sad history.

"Stop fighting each other." she calmly said, walking towards the countries.

No one asked her who she might be and why she interrupted their conference.

"You destroy everything. Stop fighting and begin helping."

A silence settled over the room for about a few minutes. Then England cleared his throat and looked at her. "What do you mean? We try helping each other."

Some nodded, others hummed their agreement.

A sad smile began forming on her face. She shook her head.

"I have to agree with England. We are here, discussing the world's future. We help each other." Germany clearly stated.

She chuckled sadly. "No, that's not right. You are too stubborn and blind to agree with each other. You cannot accept other cultures and opinions. Open your minds or it will be too late." Her voice echoed in the big room.

"What do you mean 'too late'?" America quietly asked.

A tear rolled from her eye. "Too late. Keep on as you did til' now and it will be too late. Too late to stop the destruction, too late for a rescue." Other tears now streamed down her face, but her voice stayed calm and clear. "It seems like you don't understand. I tried warning all of you. The world's destiny completely rests in your hands. Save it or destroy it. Do as you like."

Before anyone could comment, the woman turned and began walking out.

"W-wait!" the countries chorused together.

She only turned her head, her face clear, without any tears and waited.

"Please, wait." England said, his hands raised to stop her. "Please."

"What is your name~?" North Italy suddenly asked into the silence.

Then she turned towards the big table. "Some call me Gaia, some call me Demeter, Pachamama, Eingana, Nokomis, Terra Mater or Dewi Shri. But I am only one of her daughters, a messenger, a prophetess."

Silence once again settled down.

"I have come to tell you the future. But it seems as though you won't listen to me. The destiny of your countries and the whole world rests in your hands. You decide what to do. Will you now listen to me?"

"Yes, I will." England began quietly, inclining his head.

"Yes, I will listen to you." Germany nodded.

"Me too~" North Italy followed.

Every other country agreed to listen – one after another.

"Well then. As I told you, keep doing as you did until now and the world's end will come. Or try to understand and help each other. Open your minds, accept other cultures, opinions and personalities. Of course you have your differences, but you can only overcome them, if you accept them."

The whole room stayed silent as she went on.

"Don't be afraid to risk things. Stop with the fighting and forget your feuds. Begin talking seriously and honestly with each other. Take others serious, trust them."

"That is quite much, but if you don't change, the world's destiny is settled and everything will come to an end. Everything. With how you lived until now you destroyed your home, the earth. I won't stop you in your fighting, I was only sent to tell you."

She took a deep breath, turned around and left the room.

No one spoke for a few minutes.

Finally, Russia cleared his throat. "I think, we need to change, my comrades."
