Thanks to all who fav/reviewed my last story cause it meant so much to me! Hugs for all! :) This is another short little thing that I wrote awhile back but never felt like publishing but here it is. Not as great but still sweetish none the less. Enjoy! And once again I don't own the awesomeness that is One Piece.
Always There
"Ahhhh!" Splash! That voice could only belong to Thousand Sunny's rubber captain. "Ugh again?" Splash! And that voice could only belong to Sunny's ever tired first mate. Once Zoro lugged his wet captain back on deck he started wringing out his shirt.
"What happened this time?"
After coughing up some water Luffy replied
"I thought I saw something moving so I fell trying to get a closer look."
"Ugh why do I even bother saving you anymore?" said Zoro who finally got his now dryish shirt back on. Luffy grinned his usual toothy grin while putting his left hand on his treasured straw hat. "Because we're nakama and we'll always be there for each other, we always are."
Zoro just stared thinking 'Only he can say something like and not notice the impact of his words.' Luffy stood up and started to walk away but stopped and turned around.
With a huge smile he said "Your always there for me too."
He then ran off to find Usopp and Chopper to play another weird game of theirs. Zoro still sitting where he was gave a small laugh and looked up into now darkening sky.
"Your always there too captain."
