An Unexpected Appearance

Rose Weasley was cuddling with her boyfriend, Scorpius Malfoy, when the door of the Head's Common Room burst open to reveal a fuming Albus Potter.

-'Al! Haven't you learnt to knock first?',asked a startled Rose.

-'Not now, Rose!', replied Albus abruptly.'Scorp, get up, I want to talk to you. Now!'

Scorpius jumped up from the couch and followed Albus outside the Head's Tower, leaving a confused Rose behind.

-'What's up, mate?', asked Scorpius.

-'Did you tell James that I knew about you and Rose?', asked Albus.

-'Have you gone mental, mate? Why would I tell James about you knowing the relationship between Rose and I? After all, your brother wants to kill me, Al!', said Scorpius offended.

-'Then who told him?', snapped Albus.

-'I don't know, but tell me what happened.'

-'Well, I was going back to the Gryffindor Tower, when James showed up and seemed furious, you know, like he had gone ballistics. He said that I am a traitor who helped you seduce Rose and turn her against the family. But, how did he find out that I knew about you and Rose?'

-'Al, what about McLaggen? He saw us kissing in front of you. He would do anything to get Rose back.'

-'He is so dead!'

-'Well , I don't think there will be anything left to kill, when I'm done with him.', said Rose stepping out of the common room.

-'Rose, how much did you hear?', asked Scorpius surprised.

-'All of it. Did you expect me to sit inside and wait?'

-'Well, not really.', he said while wrapping his arms around his girlfriend's waist.

Suddenly a voice ripped the silence that had settled in the corridor startling the three friends.

-'Get your hands of my cousin, Malfoy!', said James Potter.

-'I'm afraid I can't do that.'

James took a few steps towards Scorpius but Rose cut him off.

-'James stop and just leave. This is my life, not yours! And ... what are you doing at Hogwarts?', said a very irritated Rose.

-'Your dad sent me to check up on you. He is quite pissed off since McLaggen wrote him that you date Malfoy.'

-'Well, tell my dad to get his head of his arse and understand that I'm not breaking up with Scorpius, because of his stupid prejudices!', snapped Rose.

Then she took Scorpius' hand and got back in the common room. She placed a locking charm on the door and turned to Scorpius who asked her in a low voice.

-'Did you mean what you said?'

-'Of course I did. I love you too much to break up with you.'

-'I love you, too, babe. Never forget that, ok?'

-'Oh, I'm not gonna forget that, believe me. Now, what about we get back to that cuddling thing, huh?'

-'Definitely, babe.', he said sitting on the couch and pulling her on his lap, kissing her fiercely.

(Meanwhile in the corridor:)

-'Did they really locked us out?', asked James.

-'You'll get used to it. Come on, let's go! They won't get out any time soon.' he said and started walking away.

James stood mouth open, watching his brother walk away, thinking what he was going to say to his uncle about this mess.
