Ron and Hermione get Engaged

My take on how Ron and Hermione would get engaged. I have also published a Harry/Ginny version as well. My best friend helped me with both.

On December 24, 2002 at the Burrow…

"Oh come and stir my cauldron, and if you do it right, I'll boil you up some hot strong love, to keep you warm tonight." The jazzy tune of Celestina Warbeck poured out of the speakers of the wireless. The entire Weasley family including the newly engaged Harry and Ginny, Ron and Hermione, Fleur, Victorie, and Bill, Percy and Audrey, and George, and Angelina were in the parlor of the Burrow listning to Mrs. Weasley's favorite singer on Christmas Eve.

In the middle of the chorus, Ron said, "Mum, can we turn that off for a minute?" Mrs. Weasley turned to him furiously, " And why would that be, Ronald Weasley?" "I have somthing important to ask 'Mione." Ron replied sheepishly. Mr. Weasley turn the wireless off, and said, "Go on, Ron." rather tiredly. "Well, err…. Hermione, would you marry me?" Ron asked hopefully. Hermione looked confused, then shocked, then excited, and said, "Oh, of course, Ron!" Ron then pulled out a stunning diamond ring encrusted in gold.
