Once upon a time, there was a red and juicy apple; his name was Eren. He lived a happy and prosperous life, mainly due to the fact that he was the most beautiful apple in the tree. All the other apples were jealous of him because his complexion was of the darkest shades of red in the colour spectrum – a colour that every apple desired most in their lifetime. Those that were green were nothing compared to Eren.
One day he decided that he was going to give his love to Levi the worm. He was the most famous invertebrate in the tree and everyone knew what he was like: short, pink and disgusting. Every day he visited the apple by climbing up the 50 metre tree and digging into his apple hole. Eren was very happy because he finally found love. It was weird that he would be in a relationship with a worm because he was so beautiful that it would obviously be easy for him to find other attractive apples, whereas all the other apples were too ugly, rotten-looking and sour to find a mate. Introducing Levi to his parents proved to be a difficult task. As he was from a different species, it took time for Eren's parents to accept him.
As a daily routine, Levi the worm would dig into Eren's sweet apple spot. But on this occasion, Levi dug into Eren's sweetest spot, and on the spot he decided to plant his 'seed' in her. With great ecstasy Eren exclaimed, "I love you Levi! Get me preggers!" Levi replied with an "OK" and he continued roaming the apple like it was a race track.
Then one day the apple got very lethargic and a part of him started to feel rotten. The other apples found out that he was preggers with a worm and they laughed at him and chanted obscenities such as 'slut'. It was ironic as even though the green apples are meant to be the sour and rotten ones, the once-a-beautiful-red apple now started to get rotten.
Levi came back and went inside apple and said, "I really love you and here are your babies." Then and there, he left him. But he didn't forget him. Eren was always in his mind. The next day the apple felt heavy and realised there was something shaking in his apple bump. He found out it was his babies hatching! For a second he looked puzzled because baby seeds don't hatch. Then he realised that it was a bunch of baby worms.
However, despite this questionable predicament, he loved his baby worms very much. Seasons passed by and the red apple started to rot. He was no longer beautiful nor juicy or happy… he fell off the tree and died because his baby worms ate him.
