Season 6
Rivaled Up- Killer Croc, Poison Ivy, and Mr. Freeze make an arrangement that whoever can eliminate the Batman and his two sidekicks deserve control over the crime underworld.
Fire on the Doll- When a two of a kind of an extremely rare form of emerald is set on display, Ragdoll and Firefly team up to steal them for themselves.
Bombed- Bruce is going on an important business trip, putting Batgirl and Robin in charge of protecting Gotham. And their skills are put to the test when the Joker plans on bombing the city with his laughing gas from above.
Undermined- Its Barbara's birthday, and her father has big plans for her celebration, but plans are shot when everyone discovers that Killer Croc has set bombs under Gotham, to turn it into the next Atlantis.
Global Cooling- Mr. Freeze appears to try and use Wayne Industries satellites to shroud Gotham in darkness blocking it from the sun, turning it into true winter, permanently. To make matters worse, Bruce Wayne is sued for allowing the tech to get into Mr. Freeze's icy hands.
The Hardest Riddle- When the Riddler gets his hands on a very large amount of explosive materials, he plans on destroying Gotham unless they can answer the most mysterious riddle of them all: "Who is the Batman?"
Kaiser Penguin- Penguin goes on a search for methods to use to steal items. But when he finds a lab full of mutated waste, he finds himself mutated into a human/bird hybrid.
Cats in the Belfry- When Poison Ivy steals the key to a top secret military base, Batman finds out that the only one who can help him is Catwoman. But things get awkward when the two begin to fall in love.
Ice Prom- It's the prom at Barbara's school, but she has no one to take her in her age limit, she gets desperate, when calm is almost restored, Mr. Freeze decides to crash the party.
One Bizarre Wedding- Selina Kyle and Bruce Wayne are getting married, and Bruce wants Ethan Bennet to be his best man. But things get rather chaotic when the Joker crashes the party.
Beasts of the Bayou- Man-Bat and Killer Croc form an alliance to flood Gotham completely, by unleashing the swamp waters into the streets. But there are already enough problems when Catwoman finds out she is pregnant.
The Next Heroes (Part 1) - After Catwoman gives birth while in her costume, chaos erupts in Gotham, including in the crime underworld. The Joker then begins his final attack on Gotham, and starts by kidnapping Helena Wayne.
The Next Heroes (Part 2) – After the Joker kidnaps the daughter of Catwoman and Batman, the two go obsessed with anger, enough to finally end the Joker. Can Batgirl and Robin break them out of their fit of rage before the end the life of the sinister villain?
