The white she wolf ran through the rain. Her pelt sticking to her body, showing each bone sticking out from starvation. She spotted a wood grouse. "Any prey helps…" she thought. She silently followed it through the ferns and moss. She almost had it to be knocked by another white body.
"Icefire get off!" the thin female's voice echoed through the forest.
"Ha! You call yourself a warrior!?" Icefire sneered inviting her to wrestle.
The thin female could barely take a step without her legs shaking ready to collapse.
"Raintalon? Are you alright?" Icefire asked.
"No! Why should I be alright!?" Raintalon sat down, shaking with hunger,
It's been three days since she has eaten, one more day and she's gone.
"I'll go hunt for you! I'll bring back a big deer for you" Icefire said walking backwards, as she ran into a red male with a rabbit dangling in his jaws.
"Sorry!" she said before she ran to hunt for her frail sister. The red male set down the rabbit and looked at Raintalon, she had two tails, and very long claws.
"What do you want?" she snarled, ready to jump up and bite his throat, but he didn't seem intimidated.
"When was the last time you ate?" he asked.
"Who are you?" she asked ignoring his question.
"I'm Kodi....do...u want to eat my rabbit? You need to keep you strength up." he said. Raintalon looked at the rabbit then back at him
"You would really?" she was cut off bye her stomach growling. She ate the rabbit bones and all without taking another thought.
"Th…thank you." there was something in her eyes he couldn't see...some emotion she hid so well.
