NCIS Special Agent Tony DiNozzo and NCIS Special Agent Ziva David had gotten locked into the elevator at NCIS headquarters. No matter how either of them tried; neither one of them could get the door open.

"We're going to be stuck in here until someone figures out we're missing," Tony complained.

Ziva glared at him. She wasn't exactly thrilled about the fact that she had to be locked in an elevator with Tony. "Like I haven't figured that out," she replied.

"How long do you think we're going to be stuck in here?" Tony asked.

Ziva grinned. "Until someone figures out we're missing," she threw back at him.

Tony glared at her.

"You really think anybody wouldn't notice we're missing?" Ziva asked. "Gibbs would want to make sure we're all accounted for, and we're not."

Tony was going to say something, but he caught himself in time. He knew she knew she had a valid point. "You're right," he muttered.

Ziva leaned closer. "What did you say?" she asked, but before he could answer, she continued, "Did you just say I'm right?"

Tony glared at her. "Don't rub it in," he replied.

"Too bad I don't have a tape recorder," Ziva replied. "I could've made gone viral."

"You know that's not funny," Tony replied.

"Sure it is," Ziva replied with a grin. She tried not to laugh, but she gave in.

To shut her up, Tony did the only thing he could thing of to do-no, that's not accurate-the only thing he had been wanting to do. He kissed her.

At first, Ziva was too stunned to either respond or push him back. By the time she recovered, Tony had changed the angle, and she was responding.

Ziva found her wits and pushed him back. The only thought in her head was Gibbs Rule Number Twelve, and she recited it to Tony now. "Rule number twelve: Never date a coworker."

Tony gave her a look. "You really think that's going to stop either of us?" he asked her.

"No," Ziva answered.

Tony was so please with her answer that he had to kiss her again.
