Here goes my first (and possibly last) attempt to write a Animorph poem. Well, it's my first time, so don't sent me death threats, just review.
To Lose A Friend
I look at your eyes,
So cold and dreary,
Death must be near,
Knocking on heavens door,
Living a shattered life,
Picking up pieces that were torn,
I look at your face,
So nice and nothing wrong,
You kept up with us and you are strong,
Don't leave me now,
Now that we are here,
Being alone: my greatest fear,
Please don't leave me to be alone,
Hold on please,
For you are strong,
No, don't sleep now,
I'll end your pain,
But how?
Don't go, don't go,
My love,
We'll soon be together in the heavens above.
