Seizures

This is the weirdest, darkest, most disturbing filk I've ever written. You may not like it, you have been warned.

A/N: To the tune of "Fever" by Dave's True Story (Now there's an obscure one. Search for the band somewhere like CDnow.com or getmusic.com). For those who don't know, a certain episode of Pokémon (it starred Porygon) was never dubbed or released in the US, because some viewers in Japan were getting seizures triggered by its flashing effects. I seem to be in a dark phase right now; another rather unhappy filk is on the way. :-(

(whispering) Yeah!
(loud) Seizures!
(whispering) ssshhh - hot!

Everyone was watching TV,
Pokémon was on the air.
Unfortunately for some kids,
The battle scene was just too much to bear.
It gave them seizures...
When they saw it,
Seizures from the flashing lights.
Seizures!
From the show that
Everybody really liked.

Sun lights up the daytime,
Moon lights up the night.
Porygon lit up the TV,
It was so flashy and bright
It gave them seizures...

For the makers of the show.

TV shows can give you seizures,
If you watch them all day, every day,
They give you seizures . . .
When you watch them,
