I've been awake for a while now
You got me feeling like a child now
Cause every time I see your bubbly face
I get the tingles in a silly place
Mara Evermore was laying with her boyfriend, Connor Stoll, under a huge blanket by a campfire, under the stars. He had snuck them out of camp and he knew she liked camping stuff.
"We should be getting back to camp." Mara murmered sleepily, her face lit up by the fire. He smiled at her lack of sense. "Its like, 11:30. They won't be too worried." He wrapped his arms around her, warming her to the core. She smiled sleepily.
Starts in my toes and I crinkle my nose

"Well, we could stay a little longer." She replied. She really didn't want to move until morning. In a blanket by the fire, with his strong, warm arms around her semed to nice to leave. He smiled again in return. "Alright. I'm going to put out the fire."
The rain is falling on my window pane
but we are hiding in a sfaer place
underneath the covers dry and warm
you give me feelings that I adore
She frowned as his arms receded, and realized he supplying most of the heat. She shivered as she felt the cold for the first time. She wished he would hurry.
She heard the splash of water, and the nice light dissapeared. The little bit of heat coming from the fire left as well. It a good thing the blanket had warmed somewhat. And she realized that she was on an air mattress. She had barely touched the ground after she laid down, she had been in his arms. She still got that wonderful feeling when he held her.

The dark was kind of frightening her now. Then, Connor came back, and she was in his arms again. He got goosebumps at the cold touch of her skin, and she sighed with his warmth. "I'm sorry." He said. "I didn't think you would be this cold without me here." She didn't say anything. She didn't care now that he was here again. She didn't even have her own arms around him, he had just wrapped her up. It was wonderful on the cool September night. She was glad they were both year-rounders, or she would barely see him for ten months!

Mara had been asleep for a while, when she woke up terrified. She couldn't see anything, which terrified her even more. Connor woke up immeadietly. He stroked her hair sleepily. "Just a dream." He murmered. "Just a dream Birdie, don't worry."
His silly nickname for her calmed her down. She laid back down, and said. "Thank you. Just for being here for me."
"Anytime." He kissed her nose, and the warmth raced back to her body, comforting her.
