That night as I fell into a deep sleep under the beautiful night sky….wait I'm getting ahead of myself. My name is Maximum Ride but I go by just Max, about three months ago Angel disappeared in Paris. My baby was possibly dead I remember thinking over and over while we searched for her. We looked for hours no sign of her, and then Fang left me again…my heart was now bits and pieces. After three months the Flock, Dylan and I were all ready to fight Itex, when we got there to battle them. Angel was there, looking tired and battered but very alive. Then Fang's Flock came and that day Itex was finally no more, I did what my destiny was…I saved the World with the help of my Flock and Fang's Flock. Fang and I decided that we needed to combine our Flocks together because we worked better together. Anyways back to me falling asleep under the beautiful night sky, I soon fell into a deep sleep. Then the dream came, I was walking down an aisle in a white wedding dress. I saw my Mom, Ella and the flock smiling at me as I walked down .As I stood at the pew, two men stood on either side of me; I soon realized it was Fang and Dylan. When the cheery priest spoke he said "Now Max who do you choose" by then I was totally spooked. The dream morphed into a battle field instead of a chapel, and I was in the middle of an intense battle. Both Dylan and Fang were fighting, and both looked as if they were going to pass out any minute. I knew I could only save one of them from getting killed. Then a voice rang clear through the field "Max, you must choose". The dream vanished once again now we were just standing in a white room and there stood the two boys I loved the most ,Dylan and Fang. I knew now that I had to choose now, Dylan was my supposed "Other Half" and everyone depended on us to be together. Then there was Fang my first love he had left me to protect me and caused me so much pain. But with that pain it made me realize that he loves me and his whole goal was to get me away from harm. Finally I knew who I chose; I awoke with a start ending the dream. I saw Fang was awake sitting up next to a tree looking over the cliff we were on. I crawled over to him and sat on the ground next to him. He glanced over at me once and acknowledging my presence. I said picking my words carefully "I had a dream about you and Dylan" he finally looked at me "The dream was about me having to choose either you or Dylan". He then spoke darkly "Let me guess you chose him" he said pointing to the sleeping form of Dylan. For awhile I didn't say anything until Fang got up and started to walk away. I jumped up and grabbed his arm "No Fang, I didn't choose Dylan". He turned around to look down at me; even if he was Mr. Emotionless I could see the hope in his obsidian eyes. "One point in the dream we were fighting the I-Tex people and both you and Dylan were fighting". I took a deep breath before continuing "I had to save one of you because I couldn't save both of you". Fang's face softened and pulled me into his arms "Fang, it was always you; I could never bare losing you even if Dylan is perfect other half, you're the only one that completes me". By now tears were running down my face, Fang took my chin and made me look at him. He said "Max, you will never lose me I'll be with you forever; I choose you too". He smiled one of his rare but brilliant smiles. He pulled me into a kiss and I knew for once in my life I had made the right choice.
