High School Musical Versus Sirius Black

1. We're All In This Together.

"Together, together, together everyone! Together, together, come on lets have some fun! Together, we're there for each other every time! Together, together come on let's do this right!"

Remus Lupin's toast fell untouched to the floor of the Great Hall. "Sirius? What are you doing?"

James Potter fell off his seat at the sight of his best friend standing on the Gryffindor table at breakfast, belting out the words to the stupidest song ever.

"We're all in this together! Once we know! That we are! We're all stars! And we see that! We're all in this together! And it shows! When we stand! Hand in hand! Make our dreams come true!" sang Sirius Black, fluttering his fingers to the table of laughing Gryffindors. The teachers, at the front of the enormous hall, sat in stunned silence as their student sang muggle child pop songs at the top of his lungs.

"Sirius?" said James tentatively. "There's a good fellow, get off the table, what are you doing?"

Sirius Black stopped his song. "My cousin, Andromeda and her boyfriend, Ted, showed me this thing, they call it a 'tevelision' and there was this high school on it and all these spunky songs and Troy Bolton is awesome and... I can't hold it in any longer - We're all here and speaking out with one voice! We're going to rock the house! The party's on, now everybody make some noise! Come on scream and shout! We've arrived because we stuck together! Champions one and all!"

Remus, who was a little more familiar with muggle entertainment than his shocked, black-haired friend, recognised the song. High School Musical. Every five year old's wet dream. He groaned as his popular friend began adding his own dance moves to a very not-Sirius routine.

"Did he just...?" asked James, climbing awkwardly back into his seat, his hazel eyes still on his friend's singing -and now dancing - form.

Remus nodded in horror. "Sirius just added pelvic thrusts to the routine much adored by muggle toddlers all over the world."

James shook his head. "Only Sirius..."

AN: the idea just struck me. Lord knows why... Not a high school musical fan, but you gotta admit, it is catchy. and like james said, Only sirius.

This is just going to be a few chapters of random HSM songs sung by sirius in a multitude of different situations.
