Speed of Darkness
But is there a speed of darkness
Because there is a speed of light
And if there is darkness
It must take flight
And with all things
There is an opposite too
There is a speed of darkness
This I promise you
And because I know this well
And very sure I am
Come with me into darkness
And carry me like the lamb
Light we can follow only so very far
But darkness can travel into the very last star.
So let us become darkness so we can eternally stay
And let us watch the darkness
And its beautiful dark array
