Sadness
That was the first thing she felt when she saw the body. Endless despair taking over her body, filling it with emptiness.
Guilt
It was her fault. She could've prevented this from happening, from a life being taken from this world. If only she stayed, her protection would've save him, and kept him safe.
Anger
She vaguely heard sobbing in the background, and her mind went hot and blurry. Why didn't the others get punished for what they had done? The pain they had caused, the lives they took, they played a part in this as well as she.
Regret
Could she have gotten to know him better than she did? He had once said he felt something for her, but she never gave him a response.
Free
As they walked outside to the burial site, she felt her heart bursting with feelings, joyful feelings, unlike the melancholy drained feeling of the building. Beautiful balloons filled the sky, released one by one, with the sorrow and grief floating away with them.
Closure
He was pleased. Warmth and affection filled her soul, reassuring her that everything would be alright, and he always would be watching over her, for eternity.
A/N: Okay so I'm in my little depressed moods. Thinking about Tyler always gets me this way. So just a little piece of this is related to how I was feeling that day as well.
