Mexico's Independence
Mexico walked into the room. It was nice being able to walk into her home without having to do something stupid for Spain. "Ah, Isn't this wonderful!"Mexico cried. "It sure is" a familiar voice said. Mexico turned to see America sitting on her couch! "AHHHHHH, What are you doing here you idiot!" Mexico yelled. America looked hurt at her "Mex I was Just going to give you a gift.",America said with a hurt expression. "G-gift?" Mexico said taken back a little. "Well, yea I thought it would be nice, ya know 'cause ya got your Independence and all."America said. Mexico sighed,"I guess he isn't a complete idiot.", Mexico thought. "MEXXXX" America called. Mexico walked over to where he was standing,"What?",She said.
America stood there watching her, knowing that she depised every second he spent with her. And yet he wanted to spend more time with her than that. He couldn't wait to give her his gift. He could still remember when they first met. "Hello are you lost lil' dudette?" he had asked her. "I-I can't remember." She had replied. He walked her to Spain's after that. And the one thing America remembered clearest was- her eyes. Her eyes were huge. They were bigger than the stacks of comic books in his closet combined into one. He was starting to sound like Russia when we dreamed of China. America laughed. He wanted so desprately to freeze that moment and keep it forever. He didn't care if he made her uncomfortable. Just as long as she remembered that single moment.
Mexico stood there wondering what he was thinking about. Suddenly he laughed. Mexico demanded to know what was happening. After awhile of demanding what was happening he finally came to."Hello?"She said . America finally turned to face her . "Well, here ya go dude!" America said beaming at her. He handed her a small white package. She opened it and found a little bracelet with a hawk on it."Woah, Gracias!"She said. She was really grateful to have a friend like him! "Wait was is wrong with me I know I can't trust this guy he'll end up stabbing me in the back." she thought. "Well I still have to return the favor."Mexico thought. "Hey. America... when is your Birthday?" She said. "Um... It's July 4th.?"America said. Something was wrong... he was sad. "Woah what did I say?" Mexico asked. America shook his head to reveal a smile ,"Ha! I knew you cared about me!"He said. "Ha I seriously hope you don't count on that!"Mexico said laughing America may have been goofy, but he was a good guy. "America... do you think we can be friends?"Mexico asked. "Well, of course,we can be good friends!"America exclaimed. He hugged Mexico very strongly."Dude you are gonna be the end of me!"Mexico Laughed.
America took the glasses that Mexico was wearing."Look I got your glasses!"America teased. "Give them back!"Mexico exclaimed."No."America said. Mexico gritted her teeth she stared at the cowlick on his head. "That is one way to make him shut up." Mexico thought. She quickly pushed the thought away, what was she a pervert. "Come on please."Mexico pleaded. "Hmmmmmm no."America said. This time she pullled...hard. America jerked up and droped the glasses safetly. "Mexico please stop!"Americ pleaded. "Will you leave my glasses alone!" Mexico said tugging on the cowlick after every word. "F-fine! For now!"He said as Mexico let go. "Good."Mexico said but quickly added quick Hmph to that sentence. "Mex that hurt!" America pouted. Mexico couldn't help but laugh at the face he made. Maybe he would even be like an older brother to her ... One that doesn't always talk about tomatoes. And America would never admit it but he thought the same thing too. "Dude stahp looking at me you look scary!" Mexico said
