Disclaimer/Letter from the Author: Hey! Aren't I on a roll? (: This is a scene from TVDS504: For Whom The Bell Tolls. If you haven't seen the new season of The Vampire Diaries, this might be a spoiler.
Stelena isn't really my thing. I'm a DamonxElena fan. But Stefan these last two seasons hasn't been that bad of a guy, and now, with you know, what's going with Ketsyia (or however you spell it), things are pretty interesting.
Also, I realize that this is a bit short. Sorry for the prose! But there will be longer TVD fandoms in the future.
I don't own The Vampire Diaries or its characters. However this fandom and its originality is a product of Marie Meyers. Please ask permission before reprinting, reusing, or stealing any half or whole parts of this fanfiction.

Reminisce
"Come on, let me show you something."
The girl who said she knew him-Elena -smiled. It was such a pretty smile. "Close your eyes, Stefan."
He looked into her eyes. Deep brown, large orbs that promised him wonder. He didn't need to hesitate; there was something about her that he couldn't say no to.
He closed his eyes. With his eyes shut, he paid attention to other things. Like her smell, and her voice. How soft her lips looked-and a startling realization: the fast, irregular beats of his undead heart.
Stefan wondered to himself, Does she feel this, too? There was something between them, he could feel it. Something that made him want to grab her hand, and feel her hair between his fingertips.
"Open your eyes."
He did. Elena was on the roof of the school.
"The view from up here is amazing!" she exclaimed.
But what he saw, was what was truly amazing. This vampire girl that he had forgotten, this girl that looked so free.
How could he have forgotten her? He didn't understand it.
He wished he could remember. He wished he could remember their memories. Just who was she? Who was Elena? A best friend? More? A lover? This connection...this spark that passed between them when they touched, that had to be what it was. Right?
Man, he wanted to remember. He wanted to remember exactly what happened to them, so he could piece them back together. Her heart was just so beautiful.
"Come up here, and see for yourself."
Stefan smiled. "I don't exactly know how to get up there," he said.
"Sure you do. Just push up with all your strength. You can do it."
Stefan looked at Elena's shining eyes. With all the faith she had in him, maybe he could.
