I'm giving this idea away to whoever want it.
BROTHERS
What if Ichigo had a brother born the same day he was. And what if that brother died the same day Masaki did. Now after a few years Ichigo meets his brother again only now, he's an arrancar. Not just an arrancar but an Espada.
The idea is basically Ichigo's brother died with Masaki and ends up as an espada.

No OCs. It has to be real Espada.
No Yaoi! At all!
They can't remember their former life until they see either Ichigo or Karin and Yuzu. At which point they will start getting flashbacks of their former life not knowing what the hell is going on. When he regains everything is up to you.
No getsuga tensho. What I mean is that they should have their arrancar powers and nothing from the family.
Has to be either Grimmjow or Ulquiorra. Maybe stark, if you can pull it off. And if you want something really difficult try Halibel.
Same age as Ichigo. No older or little brother.
Also no personality change. Grimmjow must be battle crazed, Ulquiorra emotionless, and Stark lazy as always.
Should Aizen also know? I'll leave it up to you
