So, this is just a fun little piece that came to me today while watching a superhero movie marathon at work. I hope you guys enjoy it.

Disclaimer: Castle and all of its characters belong to Andrew W. Marlowe, Terri Edda Miller, and ABC Studio Productions. All other characters belong to Marvel Comics and DC Comics.

"I think you're crazy man. Batman would totally kick his ass." Esposito muttered, looking up from his computer screen. Castle shook his head adamently.

"No way. Iron Man would totally own Batman." He replied, tossing a rubber ball between his hands and pacing the bullpen. Beckett stared at the pair of them skeptically over the top of her paperwork. She shook her head and chuckled.

"You two are ridiculous." Castle and Esposito shot her a quick glance before they returned to bickering.

"Batman has a Baterang. The Batmobile. A whole wall full of awesome weapons." Esposito leaned back in his chair and propped his feet up on the desk.

"So? Tony Stark is the CEO of a weapons company. He has a room full of weapons, and the man has a suit made of IRON." They both turnde and look across the bullpen when Ryan entered.

"Hey." He said, his voice chipper. He took a long drink of the coffee in his hand and quirked his eyebrow as he took in the sight of the two scowling at each other. "What're you guys talking about?"

"Who would win in a fight, bro, Batman or Iron Man?"

"Totally Iron Man." Ryan replied without hesitation. Esposito gaped at him, and raised his hands in the air.

"What the hell, bro? You're my partner. You're supposed to side with me!" He squeaked. Castle pumped his fist and hissed an almost silent 'yesss'.

The boys had completely lost track of where Beckett was until she was leaning over Esposito's desk.

"Do you think that maybe we could get some work done today, gentlemen?" She said in a fake sweet voice. The boys all stared at her sheepishly before standing and scurrying around their desks. Castle stuffed his hands in his pockets and moved to follow Beckett.

"Wait a minute. What do you think, Beckett? Iron Man or Batman?" The boys all froze and stared at her expectantly. She chuckled and ran her fingers through her hair before starting towards the elevator, her keys in her hand. They all deflated for a moment, convinced that she was choosing not to answer them. She pushed the button and spun to face them, a confident smirk on her face, before answering.

"You're all wrong. Deadpool would destroy all of them." She stepped into the elevator and waited for the doors to slide closed, leaving the men staring after her with starstruck looks on their faces. Castle was the first to break their stunned silence.

"That...was hot."
