A/N: I know this will not be that good but I am dealing with a family thing. On September, 7, 2007 my father and two other police officers answered a domestic disturbance call. The husband for some reason decided to open fire Killing my father and one other officer instantly. The third officer died on the twelfth. Anyway I recently found out that the trial was postponed. I made a promise that I would write so I will try I try and keep my promises.

He stood watching her with a smile she did not know he was there. This was her habitat and this is were she is herself. With a sigh he knocked and entered the room "Garcia do you have that information.?" He asked her several weeks ago for some information simple stuff really but with everything that has recently happened with losing Emily. Everyone was just getting back in to the swing of things. Most people would assume that he was in love with Emily but he was not. People also assumed that it was Emily that was there for him the most when Haley died. It was Garcia though he smiled she made sure that he ate and took care of him self.
Penelope Garcia looked up " Boss man hey, yes I just finished and sent it all to you in an email." She answered his question. She looked at him he seemed to be thinking Her protective instincts kicked in. " Wanna talk about it?" she asked him he shook his head no and thanked her. Soon she too was lost in thought. She could not help it he was in love with him utterly and unequivocally madly in love with her boss. She was mad about him she sighed and shook her head with a smile. " Well I am here if you need me" she told him.
